This is my first time hiring rkm and Zach was assigned to my heater maitenance. He was very patience in explaining everything he would do and very transparent with the prices. Upon doing his work, he identified a potentially dangerous issue with the gas and worked until quite late to get it resolved. He explained his findings and recommendations with patience and detail, even considering it was getting very late.
Loved the experience. Needed their help in an emergency. Gave them a call and they were very polite. They came out right away. Jason was our technician. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. I usually am skeptical when I get the bill but was very surprised that it wasn't as high as I had researched. Usually you get add ons that weren't expected but this was not the case. I would definitely use them again and ask to have Jason as our tech!
Matthew Snyder is a very solid & capable HVAC tech, who has provided our family with RKM services for many years! In addition, he's a GREAT guy - and I'd highly recommend both Matt & RKM to anyone looking for reliable HVAC services in their home!

I am in the industry of construction, and know a professional when I work with them. Zach met all my expectations. Knew all areas of defects and damages. Knew the remedy and proceeded to remedy those to at least function properly without causing more damage. I am a Realtor, I have many clients needing services on their Heating/AC. I will be sending referrals to
Zac. I do have another home in Calimesa, I need service call there too.

Daniel came out to clean one of my AC systems. I found him to be extremely polite and informative. I would recommend him for both his amiability and knowledge.
Amy and the team from RKM Heating and Air Conditioning Inc are simply amazing people. They are nothing short of incredible when it comes to top notch first class service in there profession. I highly recommend them for all future service. They are prompt and reliable they also place the customers needs first and foremost. I really don't have any other superlatives to share. You will be totally satisfied by the results of there work.
Pedro our tech was great. He was thorough and informative. We had maintenance on our ac/heat unit that we had installed by RKM, and he had to change out some items and give it a clean but he worked dilegently and communicated what was needed. We subscribed to the maintenance plan and moving forward hope it is all covered, but overall we have been happy with RKM since 2018. We hope Pedro will be with them for a long time as he is a great tech and we will be sticking with RKM for this unit and the next down the line. Thanks so much!
