Ruben is a True Professional!
I recently had an issue with my home AC unit in Lake Elsinore that stopped cooling properly during this hot weather. RKM reached out immediately and sent Technician Ruben.
From the moment Ruben arrived, he was courteous, professional, and respectful. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms (no technical jargon overload), and got right to work. He replaced a faulty capacitor and performed a full system check to make sure everything was running perfectly.
The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC is now blowing ice-cold air. Ruben even took the time to show me a couple of maintenance tips to help prevent future issues.
I'm extremely impressed with his knowledge, speed, and friendly attitude. Kudos to Ruben for his Great service and professionalism. He's a top-notch technician who clearly takes pride in his work.

Sean the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Sean answered all my questions. I'm very happy with RKM services I signed up for the comfort club. Great experience with our AC installation. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and honest when diagnosing the issue and took the time to explain all of our options clearly. Jesus handled the installation and did an amazing job, professional, efficient, and very detail oriented. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and the new system is working perfectly. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing HVAC work.
Excellent service call. Cory was on time, very courteous, dressed professionally, and was very thoughtful and polite. He took the necessary time to inspect the hvac system thoroughly and presented his findings in a way that could easily be understood. Afterwards he asked if there were any questions and cleaned up after himself.
This is what every service call should be like! No other service provider has made service calls to this high level of quality, professionalism, and integrity. Kudos to RKM for their service commitment, and dedication of their staff.
Technician Corey came out today to provide maintenance service for the Central Air system. He was courteous and professional answering all of our questions. We needed to get a start assist device battery part replaced on a 10 year old system that has never been serviced. We also opted for a voltage protection/current controller to help protect the system from power just surging in. After he was done, the fan was very quiet compared to what it was. There was a grinding noise every start up before ,no more now. RKM, a Rinnai vendor, also did the heat exchanger replacement for the tankless water heater, a year ago, with Technician Emmanuel. He also did an excellent job.
RKM is not the least expensive, but they do the job correctly. Sometimes that is better than the few dollars saved with another company. Thank you RKM and Corey!
