Jay came for the first time for my maintenance. I can only give him the highest marks. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make recommendations and EXPLAIN the reasons for the recommendations and what the benefits would be. Could not be happier with the service Jay gave. I am a member of the Comfort Club.
Just had my winter maintenance done for the furnace. I've been using RKM for a few years and they are always reliable. Jay was the technician today and was very prompt. He provided informative data on my unit and was very friendly and courteous.
Bryan was great! RKM came out within an hour of call in the evening and got my system up and running fast! Amazing customer service!

Excellent experience with RKM, specifically Jay, Jason, and Jesus. RKM installed our system almost 10 years ago and we've had zero issues with it. We recently had a clogged drain from the furnace and Jay was meticulous in identifying the issue and providing several options to remedy the situation. We were able to schedule the repair immediately and are extremely satisfied with the work completed and the crew. I highly recommend RKM for their honesty and ability to provide outstanding service at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!
I can't say enough good things about RKM Heating and Air Conditioning! My AC condenser went out during a heat wave, and my family and I were left without relief. Thankfully, RKM came highly recommended, and I now understand why.
David, the project manager, along with technicians Gustavo Limon and Miguel, went above and beyond to get us back up and running. They had a brand-new unit installed in under a day, which was a lifesaver. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept our home clean throughout the entire process. They were professional, respectful, and even took the time to share helpful advice for the future.
It's rare to find a company that delivers both top-quality work and outstanding customer service, but RKM truly does. I'm extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and air services.
Our air conditioner suddenly quit blower cool air on a hot summer day. Super stressful to find a trustworthy repair shop! I was so blessed to come across RKM Heating and Air. I made the call, everyone I spoke to in the office was very knowledgeable (Taylor/Joanna) they explained everything in great detail with all options and complimented the whole team. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Within a short period of time I received a pre call from Miranda informing me the technician that will be arriving soon. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to speak with and all the girls had wonderful attitudes, I am impressed! When the technician Emmanuel Nieves arrived, he also was amazing, just as the team had promised he would be, again I was impressed. He had great knowledge and a wonderful attitude just as the rest of the team did!! He explained everything to me with great detail and I felt very comfortable with him working on the equipment! He has great knowledge and knew exactly what to do and how to fix the problem! I appreciate all his explanation on what he was doing to get the air conditioner up running again and the level of his knowledge to the repair as well as his great work ethics!! Amazing job Emmanuel, keep up the good work!! It's not very often you come across a great team with amazing work ethics as well as amazing attitudes! I will say this company has it!
