He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make recommendations and EXPLAIN the reasons for the recommendations and what the benefits would be. Could not be happier with the service Jay gave. Just had my winter maintenance done for the furnace. I've been using RKM for a few years and they are always reliable. Jay was the technician today and was very prompt. He provided informative data on my unit and was very friendly and courteous.

Excellent experience with RKM, specifically Jay, Jason, and Jesus. RKM installed our system almost 10 years ago and we've had zero issues with it. We recently had a clogged drain from the furnace and Jay was meticulous in identifying the issue and providing several options to remedy the situation. We were able to schedule the repair immediately and are extremely satisfied with the work completed and the crew. I can't say enough good things about RKM Heating and Air Conditioning! My AC condenser went out during a heat wave, and my family and I were left without relief. Thankfully, RKM came highly recommended, and I now understand why.
David, the project manager, along with technicians Gustavo Limon and Miguel, went above and beyond to get us back up and running. They had a brand-new unit installed in under a day, which was a lifesaver. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept our home clean throughout the entire process. They were professional, respectful, and even took the time to share helpful advice for the future.
