My furnace was having some issues. I did minor work on it but didn't have the tools to do more trouble shooting. I called RKM and Brent showed up the following day, on time and began his work. He found the source of my problem and did the necessary repairs. Everything was done professionally without a hitch. I recommend RKM if you have issues with your furnace heater, Emil.

Brent was excellent, he came identified himself accessed the situation and provided options for my wife and I. Sometimes bad news does not "review" I noticed in review post well but in this case quite the opposite. Sometimes its just a way that you deliver or relay the information and Brent was very courteous and understanding no matter if you have the means or not no one likes to pay for bad news. With the way he informed us of the situation there was a trust factor and I'm happy with the overall service and outcome.

We have been using RKM for our biannual system tune-up for almost 2 years. We realized at our last tune-up that our system was more than 15 years old, failing, and we no longer had insulation in our attic. They were able to send someone out same day to talk to my husband about options. The same man, Brent, even came by that next Saturday morning to explain it to me as well. We decided to have them install a new AC, furnace and compressor as well as put in insulation in our attic. Their work took only 3 days and they were incredibly clean and efficient. Ron was extremely clear in his plans and very personable the few days he spent with us. They will even be back within the week to check and make sure the system is safely working.
