Honest! Professional and knowledgeable!
I used them for a furnace tuneup. I appreciated that they called me before the appointment to let me know the tech was on his way. I was very impressed with Matthew. He arrived on time and was professional and explained everything he was going to do. I signed up for the annual maintenance and will see them when it is time for my air conditioner checkup in May.
I had no heat. They showed up on time on the Saturday before Christmas! Diagnosed the problem and one day later the new part was installed and heat restored.
We have a 93 year old living in our home and restoration of our heat was very important. They delivered!!!

RKM Heating and Air Conditioning provided excellent and high quality service at a great price. The owner/project manager Robert was outstanding. After having an unresponsive thermostat for approximately 7 days. I found RKM via Google and called them. Robert showed up promptly, inspected the thermostat, recommended solutions, and completed a quality install of a new thermostat. Robert was not only a professional he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning for any on your climate control needs.
I wanf to thank the staff at RKM for responding to our heater problem so quickly! The service technician was very accommodating and helpful. The scheduling staff was exceptionally empathetic and kept us informed of the estimated time of arrival.
RMK is the best. All the techs are knowledgeable, efficient and are so courteous. If they indicate a problem, no hard sell. I trust them.
