Pedro our tech was great. He was thorough and informative. We had maintenance on our ac/heat unit that we had installed by RKM, and he had to change out some items and give it a clean but he worked dilegently and communicated what was needed. We subscribed to the maintenance plan and moving forward hope it is all covered, but overall we have been happy with RKM since 2018. We hope Pedro will be with them for a long time as he is a great tech and we will be sticking with RKM for this unit and the next down the line. Thanks so much!

Great company! We have had nothing but great services from this company. They have a maintenance plan where they come & service two times a year to check on the heater/AC units. Jeff Larson was an excellent servicemen and very knowledgeable. He went above & beyond with explaining details & making sure I understood. He gave advice on how to maintain things here at the home as well. Would definitely recommend this company & ask for Jeff!
