This was my first time using RKM to service my A/C unit. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the phone rep was kind and friendly. i used my Amazon coupon and they honored this without any questions. I got a courtesy call before my appointment time and the service repair person arrived on time. The service rep was extremely nice and explained exactly was he was going do. He seemed very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer any questions. He identified one issue with my a/c unit but there was no pressure for me to fix it by them. He went through all his findings in his report and explained what was working and what needed attention. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.

I lived in very hot regions of the country--South Florida for 25 years and the SoCal desert (Riverside) for the past five--so I have needed reliable air conditioning. RKM is the most professional, responsible, friendly, prompt, and efficient service company I have ever seen. Their service tech, Michael, was a great guy--he diagnosed the problem quickly, located a hard-to-find part, and had the system up and running within a day. He also worked around my schedule very flexibly. I will definitely be calling them for all my AC and heating needs, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. (INVOICE #006052)

Fast and friendly service. I couldn't get my heater and AC turned on after changing a thermostat. I called and they came in two hours. The guy was very courtesy and got the problem fixed in less half hour. I would have expected to set up an appointment and wait a few days to get it fixed but from the call I made to the end of service - 2.5 hours. Thanks, guys! (Invoice #005860)
