Michael the Tech was a little late but called and stated he would be here in 20 min which he did make. He made up for lost time by jumping on the problem and diagnosing then solving the thermostat problem. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me a new system like most A/C Companies. He was pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend RKM Heating & Air Conditioning for service and repair. A good honest company. (Invoice #5242)

Technician was on time, professional and thorough. This visit was for a routine checkup on our AC unit (our first experience with this as new homeowners). I was nervous about being pressured into buying something newer or having to try to discern between products/services necessary to purchase vs. not-so-necessary. I was very pleased to be able to understand everything he explained, including the advantages to a newer system when I asked but did not pressure me at all, which was a relief! I've only had one experience with them so far, but they left me thinking of them as trustworthy, professional, thorough, and looking out for their customers.
We will definitely call on these guys again. Thanks guys!

Great company to work with from A to Z. Came promptly to do estimate and provided several alternatives. Very fair price given for high end high efficiency AC and furnace units that had unbeatable warranties and top rebates from utility companies in our area. RKM came at appointed time for install and did it all in one day with complete explanations about how everything worked. Plus they did all the paperwork necessary for the rebates! Thanks RKM (invoice #5336).

Technician Michael was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to both solve the presenting problem and recommend possible options for future service. I purchased to biannual service plan and look forward to having my system tuned up and kept at peak functionality throughout the year. I highly recommend RKM for anyone in need of heating or A/C service and repair. (Invoice # 4960).

Overall good experience! Our AC stopped working at end of July during hot summer in Riverside. Called RKM and tech came out the very next day. Turned out I had a bad capacitor - tech replaced it and verified all was working before he left. Took several temp readings and ran several tests to make sure all was well. In the end, our AC was working again. Tech was very courteous and professional. I paid a little bit more than expected but the tech has to make a living too. If i could've fixed it myself, i would have but obviously i couldn't. All in all - i was satisified with the job and would recommend their services to anyone.

i just wanted to say thank you for the great job you did, they did a professional, clean, and quick job. i am very impressed on how i was treated. compared to a few othe companys i called that treated me like i was an idiot. thanks again for teaching me about my a/c and to a great job. i will be using rkm for my future needs
