They have a great team. Today, Jonathan serviced my business for our routine maintenance and pointed out some other areas that also needed care. Jonathan was not only polite and professional, but he was very knowledgeable and thorough when he explained what was done and what needed to be taken care of. You can tell they care about their customers with their Quality care and service!
Ron was the technician who came to diagnose the issue with our airflow and he was able to detect it quickly we didn't end up having to pay so much money to do unnecessary work. We are lucky and happy to deal with an honest and efficient company with good ethics and expertise! We will be sticking with RKM for our ac/heating needs. Thanks Ron!

RKM is one of the best companies I have ever done business with. The employees are professional, honest, and personable. They treat you like family. I will never work with another heating and air conditioning company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I just hired RKM to install a new heating and air conditioning system, and installation is scheduled for this Tuesday. I will write more after the work is completed, but my initial impression is very positive. Robert took the time to completely understand our needs and put together a custom design that was itemized. We made adjustments to get the best value for our budget, and we are looking forward to having a new system.
