When my nine-year-old air conditioning system stopped cooling, I called the air conditioning service company that my builder used. Unfortunately, they were booked for over a week and the temperature outside was hot, hot, hot. The company recommended a website where othe A/C contractor companies were dispatched, and RKM scheduled an appointment the very next day, called as promised in the morning, came on time, and did the job professionally and courteously. The repairperson, Matthew, was friendly and explained the malfunction and a couple of options for fixing the problem and their one-year warranty, including a couple of free on-site checks for the heating and A/C. You will love this company's service. More recently, my heating stopped working and Matthew came to fix it and a couple of weeks later came to install a part that will prevent trouble for years to come. Everything as done perfectly, and RKM's office staff and Matthew were courteous, professional, and skilled.
The RKM technician Matthew arrived on time and promptly completed his inspection and testing of the AC compressor and attic FAU system. He took the time to explain his findings and observations, showing us pictures to help describe his recommendations and making sure to answer any questions. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.
I would unhesitatingly recommend both RKM and Matthew if you're looking for a company and personnel you can rely on for your home AC system.

Our house had to go through mold remediation. One of the scope of work was to get the HVAC vents cleaned & sanitized. I received quotes from 2 other companies recommended by the mold remediation company. I researched other companies to compare rates, reviews & expertise. I decided to go with RKM. The owner responded to my Google text right away. He was very knowledgeable and provided me options that allowed me to select what is most appropriate service that is necessary. I appreciate the fast response via Google business text messaging. It was convenient & efficient. The guys that did the work were personable and professional. I needed good documentation since the mold was a failed disclosure by the seller. They made sure to take lots of pictures. And top it off, they have fair and competitive pricing. Highly recommend RKM and will continue to use them for all our heating & air maintenance & needs.
