The Customer Service Rep, Cassandra Oseth, provided the best customer service. She was extremely friendly & enthusiastic with helping me. She's the employee that every company needs.
Matthew did an awesome job each time he came for tuning up my air conditioning and heating system. He checked every part carefully. He also advised me on how to maintain my system, so it can work more efficiently and last longer!
Service was quick and all staff were very knowledgeable on work that needed to be done.

We have had RKM out to our home for repairs for the last couple of years. Yesterday Matt was here to diagnose an issue with our heating system, he quickly found the problem and I authorized him to order the part. I got a call from his office early today saying the part was in and he came back out and installed it. We can now enjoy our warm home again after a few cold nights. Thank you RKM and Matt.
