I had the best experience with RKM Heating and Air Conditioning. They cleaned my dryer perfectly. Shout out to Morgan for working with me and finding what worked best for me and also getting my appointment the next morning. Thank you again Morgan for all your help. The free consultation went great he explained everything and all my options without being pushy. Best customer service for sure goes to Morgan. I can't forget the techs Brian and Omar who came early, explain everything, got straight to work and did such an immaculate job. Thank you Brian and Omar again for being so polite. Will definitely use them again.
The inside staff at RKM Heating is fabulous to work with! Alicia, Cassandra and Jynessa are all friendly and knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. No matter who I speak with on the phone, you can hear a smile in their voice. Very refreshing in today's world of automated attendants. Great company to work with.
