As usual, Ron, Isiah and Omar from RKM HEATING & AIR were great. Efficient and tidy and always very nice.
Sean was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and gave sound advice. When he last we felt good about his work.
Morgan was great and provided excellent service. He provided clear information on the issue of our hvac system and step by step approach to resolve the issues. A big plus that that he was able to come out the same day to repair during the heat wave.

Zach came out to do a diagnosis of my AC unit. He was very thorough, very professional, and very clear and communicative. As another member of the home service sector I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. Unfortunately the repairs will be too costly to do soon but I will call this company back as soon as funds allow based solely on my experience with Zach.
Zach from RKM was absolutely competent, thorough, detailed & careful in all fhe checks & maintenance performed.

What more could I ask?
My HVAC just stopped working out of nowhere. It was blowing hot air, and I was in a panic since I know nothing about HVAC systems other than how to turn them on. Haha. I called my neighbor, who is very detail-oriented and researches everything. My neighbor gave me a number to call. I called the number without even knowing the company.
My technician, Pedro, showed up the next day. He went right to work. I asked a few basic questions, and he answered them all politely and even gave me tips on how to better protect my HVAC system. He also educated me on a few things about HVAC.
Fortunately, the problem wasn't major. Pedro fixed everything and even installed a few sensors to better protect my HVAC system and my home.
He showed me some of the new parts he placed on the HVAC and explained them in detail. Now my HVAC is so quiet when it turns on. Before, it was like a jet engine.
Now I know how to better care for it. I will 100% have them come around yearly for maintenance. My home is going to be a lot quieter during the summer now.
They were able to fit me in the schedule right away. Ron was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and very courteous. He answered all our questions clearly and thoroughly. We will definitely will work with this company and this particular technician again when we need anything done.
