Our A/C stopped blowing cold on Labor Day and of course a heat wave was coming. We reached out to RKM online and surprisingly was able to get an appt between 9-12 the following day. Jeff Larson was the tech that came out to us. I gave their service 5 stars because:
1. RKM is communicative and timely with their responses both on the phone, over text, and throughout the diagnostic and repairing process. Alicia was our first point of contract and she was friendly and helpful.
2. Jeff was our tech and he took his time to make sure he had a proper diagnosis. He came up with 3 solutions - from the most economical to everything that needed to be done to fix the problem. Our home values options and the reasons behind the options. We like making the most informed decision possible. He gave us both.
3. It's not cheap to fix an A/C problem. We felt the pricing was fair and Jeff worked with us to give us the best price possible.
4. Jeff was transparent about the entire process. We saw all the numbers on his gadgets. He also took pictures and sent us over his notes. Not once did we feel he was hiding something.
5. Everything was diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours. RKM was efficient.
I'm typing this review while sitting in my cool living room not worried about the triple digit heat that is coming. Thank you RKM for your service!!

Very informative professional great advice
We love RKM! They are always prompt, courteous and clean! I love when I don't have to ask a tech to wear boot covers and they do it anyways. They always provide us with lots of detail and their pricing seems fair! We are comfort club members for the last few years and they take great care of our equipment. Sean is a very friendly technician who does a great job!
I had fantastic service from RKM & Brian & Robert. After a recent mold incident, I had them come out and thoroughly clean and disinfect my ducts. Not being an expert, I really have no idea if my ducts are truly clean or not, but they were very professional in their demeanor and cleaned up well after themselves.
Sean came out yesterday to maintain air cond/furn unit that Mathew installed 1 year ago, their price was less than competitors quote. RKM treats you like family. Sean was courteous, respectful and honest. He sent an email after visit with images showing each component and the readings. When they service your unit, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is good working order and clean up better than you would! No need to look any further, just call RKM. I would highly recommend!
I've had nothing but positive experiences with RKM. It started with Jay coming out and giving me a quote. He proposed few options, from adding extra insulation, to getting additional returns, to installing fresh air returns. I went with the extra returns. Thats where Robert Jr and Brian came in to install. They were my techs and they were great!! I had two extra returns added to my upstairs unit, and they took their time figuring out the best position and were the returns were maximize my unit. They cleaned up after themselves, informative, and did a great job!! I called again because I had an issue pop up on something else, and Ron came out. He was so nice and walked me through the issue and how he would fix it. When he was done, he came down from the attic drenched in sweat but with a smile. We even talked about our dogs. I don't leave many reviews, but the service I've gotten from RKM has been amazing so far.
